Michele Vaughn is the first woman in the history of the Fire Department to serve as Fire Chief.  Chief Vaughn joins a small group of Fire Chiefs who rose through the ranks of Firefighter to Fire Chief in the Salinas Fire Department. We are looking forward to having her speak to the club this Wednesday.
